50% of the total budget will be paid in advance within 3 business days from when your slot is confirmed, before starting to work on your commission. If you don't pay within that period, I will cancel your reservation and I'll give it to someone else. I will request the second payment with the remaining of the total + shipping fee once the work is finished and I show you photos before sending it back to your home. I will not send anything back until full payment is completed.

Payment methods: PayPal, BIZUM or Bank Transfer. Payments will always be made in EUROS € and as friends/family, since I'm not a company.

Make sure you have enough money saved for your order before you sign up. If you cause a lot of trouble when paying, or during the duration of the commission, I'm really sorry but you will be blacklisted. I'm very patient and understanding but I have had cases of people who like to abuse my trust, and I cannot continue accepting this type of situations anymore. For the second payment, a surcharge of 5€ will be added to each week that the payment is late.

Payments are non-refundable and I don't accept returns. If you have any problem with your doll or the faceup is damaged on the way back during shipping, please contact me so we can arrange a solution or a repair.

Shipping is not included in the price, it will be your responsibility. I recommend sending by certified tracked mail to avoid losses along the way, and keep the weight of the package low (not sending head caps or heavy boxes inside the package) so the shipping price will be cheaper. For shipments we can use Correos or Vinted.

I am not responsible for possible loss or damage by the shipping agency, but I will help you in any way I can if that happens. We can also add insurance for damage/loss to the package when possible, adding it to the price.

I am not responsible for possible extra fees from PayPal or other charges from the post office or customs fees. If this happens, the client will pay it by adding it to the total payment, since the estimate price that I provide you is exclusively for my artistic work, my time and tools.

I reserve the right to admission if the customer has negative feedback, previous bad experiences, or because I cannot do that type of work at that time.

Send me the dolls on time. I always open the commission slots with enough time in advance to organize everything, this way we have time to talk about how you want your order and for the dolls to arrive at my studio to start working on the commission in the corresponding month and thus avoid delays. If your dolls arrives very late, I have no choice but to keep your order for last, when I finish the rest of the montly commissions. Please keep that in mind.

Send me the doll heads well protected! I don't always have plastic head masks on stock, and if I'm required to add one of the ones I have in stock, it will be added to the total price.

I will finish each batch of commissions between one and two months. I ask for patience if I need a couple weeks more to finish the work for different reasons (difficulty of the order, rain and humidity, my full time job, personal situation, etc.).

I have my own style when it comes to draw and make faceups. For example, I make the eyebrows with shape and a lot of expression, I usually mark the corners of the lips and the line of the eyelids, etc. You have photos of my past works on my instagram page to give you an idea of how I work, please respect it, don't ask me to change my style and imitate another artist. I always try to adapt to what is asked of me and I like challenges but I don't copy works from other artists and I will always stick to my style. Any picture you send me will only be used as an example and reference. Also please don't send me references or examples made with IA.

I will work on your order based on the information you have previously provided me before starting the work, I don't work ''on the go''. I cannot ask you how you want it for each layer I finish since it would take me twice as long to finish, once fixed I cannot change anything without having to delete everything, this is very important because everything would have to be redone with the corresponding amount, so make sure you are clear about what you want, since corrections will not be made in most of the cases. If you have any doubts you can ask me for advice before starting, If you don't know what you want, you can select an ''artist choice'' faceup too!

I don't show photos of the process. I will only send photos of the process if I see it necessary in very complicated commissions that I can't see very clearly or that require modifications or extras and I have doubts about how to proceed, because photos always delay the completion of the work and it only serves to create confusion in most cases. I will provide photos and videos of the work upon completion before sending it back to your home.

I work on all the orders simultaneously. So, one day I only airbrush the 4 heads, another day I draw eyebrows, etc... Please, don't demand updates from me every single day about your doll, since I don't dedicate myself full time just to this work. I always reply messages solving doubts and I will give you updates on your order whenever possible.

This is a handmade work so slight imperfections may exist. Sometimes it's possible to find tiny specks of dust adhering to the faceup on the doll's head. This can occur due to airbrushing painting or while setting layers with varnish. In my experience, I have finally understood that it is impossible to 100% prevent this from happening, and sometimes they are so tiny that the damage caused to the faceup while removing them is not worth it. I always try to remove them, but sometimes it's not possible to do it without removing the whole faceup, so I will not do it if I consider that it is not a significant inconvenience.

The photos that I take of the finished work can be used by both you and me and I will upload them to my Instagram gallery after a while as a portfolio, I may also film the work process to make reels and videos and content for my page. If you have any problems with this please let me know!

Waiting List: I can no longer continue using the waiting list system, since there are people who make a reservation of a slot for X month, months pass by and then they disappear (or they have spent the money on something else) and I have to rearrange all month, wasting a lot of time. If you don't arrive in time to sign up, you will have to wait for the next commission batch. Contact me if you want me to let you know when there are just a few days left until the next opening, so that you have time to prepare.

These rules have been made to make it easier for me to work having into account the difficulties caused by my disorder.

Se pagará por adelantado el 50% del total del presupuesto en un plazo de 3 días laborales desde que os confirme vuestra plaza, antes de comenzar a trabajar en vuestro encargo. Si no pagáis en ese plazo, os cancelaré la reserva y se la daré a otra persona. Pediré el segundo pago con el resto del total + el envío una vez que finalice el trabajo y os enseñe fotitos antes de enviarlo de vuelta a vuestra casa. No enviaré nada de vuelta hasta que no se complete el total del pago.

Métodos de pago: PayPal, BIZUM o transferencia bancaria. Los pagos siempre se harán en EUROS € y como amigos/familiares, ya que yo no soy una empresa.

Asegúrate de que tienes el dinero suficiente ahorrado para tu encargo antes de apuntarte. Si dais muchos problemas a la hora de pagar, o de realizar el encargo, sintiéndolo mucho se os añadirá a la lista negra. Soy muy paciente y comprensiva pero he tenido casos de gente que le gusta abusar de ello, y no puedo seguir aceptando esta situación. Para el segundo pago, a cada semana que se atrase el pago, se añadirá un recargo de 5€.

Los pagos no son reembolsables ni admito devoluciones. Si tenéis algún problema con vuestro maquillaje o es dañado por el camino de vuelta en el envio, por favor contactarme para poder concertar una solución o una reparación.

Los envíos no van incluidos en el precio, correrán de tu cuenta. Recomiendo enviar por correo certificado para evitar perdidas en el trayecto, y mantener el peso del paquete bajo (no enviando las tapas de las cabezas ni cajas pesadas dentro del paquete) así el precio del envío será más economico. Para los envios podemos usar Correos, Vinted o Wallapop.

No me hago responsable de posibles pérdidas o daños por parte de la agencia del envío, pero os ayudaré en lo que esté en mi mano si eso ocurriera. También podemos añadir un seguro por daños y perdidas al paquete cuando sea posible, sumandolo al importe.

No me hago cargo de posibles comisiones extra por parte de PayPal u otras tasas por parte de correos o aduanas. Si esto ocurriera, lo pagará el cliente sumandolo al total del pago, puesto que el presupuesto que yo te facilito es exclusivamente por mi trabajo artístico, mi tiempo y por los materiales.

Me reservo el derecho de admisión si el cliente tiene feedback negativo, anteriores malas experiencias con ese cliente, o porque yo no pueda realizar ese tipo de encargo en ese momento.

Envíame los muñecos a tiempo. Abro las listas siempre con suficiente antelación para organizarme, de ésta forma tenemos tiempo para hablar de cómo querrás tu encargo y de que me lleguen a casa los muñecos para empezar a trabajar en el encargo en el mes que le corresponde y así evitar retrasos. Si tus muñecos llegaran con mucho retraso, no me queda más remedio que dejar vuestro encargo para el último, cuando acabe los encargos del resto. Por favor tenedlo en cuenta.

¡Enviádme las cabezas bien protegidas! No siempre dispongo de protectores de plástico para las cabezas, y si se requiere que añada uno de los que tengo en stock, se sumará al total del precio.

Finalizaré cada tanda de encargos entre uno y dos meses. Pido paciencia si en alguna ocasión necesito un par de semanas más para terminar el trabajo por diferentes motivos (dificultad del encargo, lluvias, trabajo, situación personal, etc).

Tengo mi propio estilo a la hora de maquillar. Por ejemplo hago las cejas con forma y bastante expresión, suelo marcar las comisuras de los labios y la línea de los párpados, etc. Tenéis fotos de mis trabajos realizados en mis redes sociales para haceros una idea de cómo trabajo, por favor respétalo, no me pidas que cambie mi estilo e imite el de otra artista. Siempre intento adaptarme a lo que se me pide pero no copio trabajos de otros artistas y siempre me acogeré a mi estilo, cualquier foto que me paséis solo la utilizaré de ejemplo y de referencia. Además, no acepto referencias o ejemplos realizados con IA.

Trabajaré en vuestro encargo en base a la información que me habéis facilitado previamente, y no ‘‘sobre la marcha’’. No puedo preguntaros como lo queréis a cada capa que termine ya que me llevaría el doble de tiempo terminar, una vez fijado no puedo cambiar nada sin tener que borrarlo todo, ésto es muy importante porque habría que rehacerlo todo con su correspondiente importe, así que aseguraos de tener claro lo que queréis cuando me enviéis el formulario, ya que no se harán correcciones en la mayoría de los casos. ¡Ante cualquier duda me podéis pedir consejo antes de comenzar! Si no sabes lo que quieres, también puedes pedir un maquillaje ''Artist Choice''.

No hago fotos del proceso. Sólo pasaré fotos del proceso si lo veo necesario en encargos muy complicados que no vea muy claros o que requieran modificaciones o extras y tenga dudas en como seguir, pues las fotos retrasan mucho la finalización del trabajo y solo sirven para crear confusión en la mayoría de casos. Facilitaré fotos y videos del trabajo una vez finalizado antes de enviarlo de vuelta.

Trabajo en todos los encargos simultáneamente. Es decir, un dia solo hago aerógrafo en las 4 cabezas, otro día cejas, etc... Por favor, no me exijáis todos los días actualizaciones sobre como llevo vuestra muñeca, ya que no me dedico a tiempo completo solo a esto. Siempre respondo mensajes resolviendo dudas y os daré actualizaciones sobre vuestro encargo siempre que me sea posible.

Recuerda que es un trabajo totalmente hecho a mano, así que no puede ser 100% perfecto. A veces es posible encontrar alguna mota de polvo minúscula adherida al maquillaje en la cabeza de la muñeca. Ésto puede ocurrir debido a la aplicación de pintura en aerógrafo y al fijar con barniz entre capa y capa. En mi experiencia al final he comprendido que es imposible evitar al 100% que esto ocurra, y a veces son tan minúsculas que el daño ocasionado al maquillaje para eliminarlas no merece la pena. Siempre intento retirarlas, pero a veces no es posible hacerlo sin eliminar el maquillaje, por lo cual no lo haré si considero que no es una molestia significativa.

Las fotos que yo haga del trabajo finalizado podrán ser usadas tanto por tí como por mí y las subiré a mi galería de instagram pasado un tiempo a modo de portfolio, también puede que utilice filmaciones del proceso de trabajo para hacer reels o videos y contenido para mi página. Si tienes algún problema con ésto hazmelo saber.

Lista de Espera: Ya no puedo seguir usando el sistema de lista de espera, ya que hay gente que reserva hueco para X mes, pasan los meses y luego desaparece (o se han gastado el dinero en otra cosa) y me toca reorganizar todo el mes, perdiendo mucho tiempo. Si no llegas a tiempo de apuntarte, tendrás que esperar a la siguiente tanda. Contactame si quieres que te avise cuando queden pocos días para la próxima apertura, para que te de tiempo a prepararte.
